DESCRIPTION:During this interactive expressive arts workshop\, we will be decorating a shoe with a wide range of art supplies to help tell our unique personal story and journey.  This is a time to explore and reflect – sharing the path that you have walked.\n\nWe will focus on the process of creating and expressing our feelings\, using visuals\, sounds\, writing and movement.
