Lisa Graffeo has been an integral member of our Seniors Helping Seniors family for the past few years, first joining us as a caregiver in 2016, then a Client Care Coordinator, our Manager of Client Services, and as of last November, our Manager of Human Resources! It’s safe to say that Lisa has certainly grown with us over the years, and she has been such a positive force within our organization.

Prior to working at Seniors Helping Seniors, Greater Boston & Metrowest, she worked in public affairs and corporate relations for the United States Postal Service in Boston and then as a program manager for a nonprofit in Watertown, managing and marketing conferences and trainings. For the past 21 years, Lisa has also been working part-time as a ballroom dance hostess at Moseley’s on the Charles, which is owned by her brother and is the oldest continually-running ballroom in the country!

As our Manager of Human Resources, Lisa oversees the hiring of our caregivers and their whole onboarding process. She also attends community events to spread the word about our organization and is responsible for all aspects of our continuing education, trainings and networking events for our caregivers, making sure all of our events run smoothly!

Lisa loves creating a positive impact on those around her and loves that she’s helping people in her work at Seniors Helping Seniors. She works hard but always manages to have a fun time as well, and she loves the new growth and learning opportunities this career has given her.

Always keeping busy, Lisa spends her free time cooking, gardening, knitting, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her 27-year-old daughter. She’s also passionate about the stock market and loves listening to oldies music and obscure one-hit-wonders!
