On Tuesday, January 18, Betsy Simmons will be back to lead an online interactive session via Zoom where we will explore and practice self-care through compassionate awareness, breathing exercises, meditation, chair yoga and Qigong (gentle tai chi). Recommended attire is comfortable clothing for movement.
Many of you know Betsy — an SHS caregiver and long-time holistic health educator — from sharing her expertise at SHS on a number of important topics over the past few years.
