Story Shoes – Expressive Arts Workshop for SHS Caregivers

During this interactive expressive arts workshop, we will be decorating a shoe with a wide range of art supplies to help tell our unique personal story and journey. This is a time to explore and reflect – sharing the path that you have walked.
We will focus on the process of creating and expressing our feelings, using visuals, sounds, writing and movement. A fun time will be had by all!
Please wear comfortable clothes that are OK to get dirty – we will be using paints and other art supplies.
